Director Lingusamy has been shooting with Suriya and Samantha at Goa for a song. Confirming this through a micro-blogging site, the film’s heroine Samantha had stated: The shooting of Anjaan happened entirely in Maharashtra as the movie is set in Mumbai.

Reportedly, Suriya plays a don in it. While the film has reached the post production stages already as it is gearing up to hit the screens on August 15th, 2014, one song was left to be shot as Suriya was injured during the shooting. Anjaan is jointly produced by Lingusamy’s Thirupati Brothers and UTV Motion Pictures.
